Central Oregon

Central Oregon is home to Bend, recently named “best mountain biking town” in America by Mountain Bike magazine. Central Oregon’s mountain biking season begins in October, when the first dusting of snow arrives. At this time, the trails become firm and fast, and the crisp clean air makes the typically spectacular view even more memorable. But, mountain biking is not all you’ll find in Central Oregon. This region’s vast terrain is also home to endless road-biking trails and Bend’s innovative Urban Trail System, which connects neighborhoods to area parks, schools, and other major destinations.
