DOD Alsea Falls Trail Work (Alsea)
December 3, 2016 from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
In Oregon, a bicycle is legally considered a vehicle, and the same Oregon road laws apply. Please “be seen” and practice safe riding. Vehicle traffic, farm equipment and narrow shoulders exist on many Oregon roads, and you may find that construction projects, traffic or other events may cause road conditions or signage to differ from the map results, ride descriptions and directions. For travel options plus weather and road conditions, visit tripcheck.com, call 511 (in Oregon only), 800.977.6368 or 503.588.2941. Routes listed on this website are for informational purposes and intended as a reference guide only.

Come on out and spend the day working with those fine folks that make up Team Dirt on their wonderful trail system at Alsea Falls. If you haven’t seen what they’ve been up to out there, this is a great chance to see what the place is all about. There may even be some riding to be had with shuttles involved when the workday is done, but either way, be prepared for a good time. Team Dirt will also be paying a visit to one of the DOD work dates in 2017.
As always on work days, please wear appropriate clothing to include a hard hat (bicycle helmets are no longer acceptable), long pants, long-sleeved shirt, sturdy boots, gloves and eye protection.
Thanks again for your help!
