MVBC Sunday Lunch Ride (Corvallis)

Vehicle traffic, farm equipment and narrow shoulders exist on many Oregon roads, and you may find that construction projects, traffic or other events may cause road conditions or signage to differ from the map results, ride descriptions and directions. Distances = ~20 miles and ~40 miles (routes will split off after lunch)

Ride is currently organized (route decisions, etc.) via Facebook communications on the Sunday Lunch Rides group.
Besides getting that physical exercise in, these rides are also good outlets for seeing the gorgeous Willamette Valley we live in, grabbing a local bite at a place you probably haven’t visited, networking with you fellow Corvallsians, (obviously made this up), and a bunch of other reasons! Come on out no matter what your biking level is- beginner trying to find others to ride with all the way to four-season warrior who has ridden their bike across the country from Oregon to Delaware! (Ben from the collective). It’s also important to note that we’re not our here to race each other, these are pretty easy-going rides.
KEEP IN MIND
Please don’t forget that helmet; I could try to find you one if needed. Also bring: a rain jacket just in case, some water/snacks, money for lunch (if applies), and an extra bike tube to play it safe (we’ll have a bike pump, patches, and folks who know how to take care of flats on hand). Oh, and feel free to invite a friend or two!
