NWTA Stub Stewart State Park Freeride Area: Build Day (Buxton; every other Saturday)
April 16, 2016 from 8:45 am - 3:00 pm
In Oregon, a bicycle is legally considered a vehicle, and the same Oregon road laws apply. Please “be seen” and practice safe riding. Vehicle traffic, farm equipment and narrow shoulders exist on many Oregon roads, and you may find that construction projects, traffic or other events may cause road conditions or signage to differ from the map results, ride descriptions and directions. For travel options plus weather and road conditions, visit tripcheck.com, call 511 (in Oregon only), 800.977.6368 or 503.588.2941. Routes listed on this website are for informational purposes and intended as a reference guide only.

What? A land manager that wants more mountain biking trails, built by mountain bikers? Sign us UP!
Join us for a great day of building trails out in Stub Stewart State Park. This year we’re building new features and making the trails longer.
Let’s meet at the Welcome Center at 8:45 and head toward the Mountain Bike Area at 9:05. Please dress appropriately for the conditions, and don’t forget to bring enough water/food for the day. The park has plenty of tools, but feel free to bring your favorite. Feel free to also bring your bike and gear, for highly scientific quality-control purposes.
We hope to see you there.
NOTE: This is a recurring event and repeats every other Saturday until state trails day (Saturday, June 4, 2016)
