Put Lawler to Bed: A Final Tune-Up (Duval Creek)
October 15, 2016 from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
In Oregon, a bicycle is legally considered a vehicle, and the same Oregon road laws apply. Please “be seen” and practice safe riding. Vehicle traffic, farm equipment and narrow shoulders exist on many Oregon roads, and you may find that construction projects, traffic or other events may cause road conditions or signage to differ from the map results, ride descriptions and directions. For travel options plus weather and road conditions, visit tripcheck.com, call 511 (in Oregon only), 800.977.6368 or 503.588.2941. Routes listed on this website are for informational purposes and intended as a reference guide only.

Event Date: Sat., Oct. 15, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Location: The bottom of the New Lawler Extension. Duval Creek.
This massive project is in the final stage of completion, and all it needs is some of that famous northwest “liquid sunshine” and a last tuneup. Come on out and help finish this wonderful section of fantastic trail. We’ll meet at the usual spot on Patterson Mountain Road at the first intersection which leads to Duval creek. Refreshments to follow the workday.
Please remember to wear appropriate clothing for trail work including: hard hat (bicycle helmets are no longer acceptable), long-sleeved shirt, long pants, sturdy boots, gloves, and eye protection.
Thanks again for your support!
