This event takes place in the community of Rogue River in Southern Oregon, with over 200 volunteers who help make this event something really special. You’ll feel like you’ve really found Mayberry and everyone is welcoming you home. The red-hat ladies in full regalia, the garden club ladies, the Boy Scouts, Chamber of Commerce members, City Council members and even the Mayor take part in this fundraising event to help build the Rogue River Greenway.

The start and finish celebration are at the Palmerton Park Arboretum (exit 48 off I-5), a beautiful park with a large variety of plant life, nestled along the banks of Evans Creek. Big trees, green lawns, a pedestrian suspension bridge and a year-round creek make this an amazing place to hold the RTR event. This is also why they limit the amount of riders to 1,200 as this location is special and it would be difficult to replace without losing the true quality of the experience.

This is a cycling adventure you don’t want to miss! Four “new” rides to choose from: Century, Metric Century, Quarter Century, and Wildflower Family Fun rides. Also offered are the historic hay ride with river walk and the Historic Nature Hike along the Rogue River. There is something fun for the whole family.

Experience the incredible beauty of Southern Oregon’s Rogue Valley, ride through forests and valleys, along rivers and vineyards, and across historic covered bridges! Finish the ride with a post-ride celebration offering a gourmet feast, live music, raffle and more. Make it a weekend and enjoy fishing, rafting, wine-tasting, watching Shakespeare, and many other activities. Proceeds from this event benefit the Rogue River Recreational Corridor and Greenway project connecting five cities and two counties along the Rogue River.
