Tour de Lab

Tour de Lab is a bicycle tour of the Lucky Lab brewpubs. You’ll journey along urban routes on this 18-mile ride. But if you feel you really need to earn that pint, you can choose the 30-mile Big Dog course and visit all four pubs.

At each of the rest stops you’ll get a human treat and a chance to relax. Once you’re fully dogged up, it’s time to kick back, relax and enjoy the dog days of summer with your Tour de Lab pint of Lucky Lab’s handcrafted ale. The commemorative print glass is yours to keep.

Get gussied up for the ride and you could win great prizes! On the day of the ride, thousands of costumed riders will swarm the streets of Portland dressed as dogs or the things dogs chase (squirrel, mail carrier, cat). Prizes will be awarded in the following categories:
* Best dog costume
* Best costume of something a dog chases
* Most humorous
* Most elaborate

The judging will take place from 8 a.m. until 9 a.m. at the start line of the ride. Look for the roving judges with the balloons working their way through the crowd. Flag down a judge, strut your stuff, ham it up and show off your costume!

Judges will award prizes on the spot. The winners will be posted at the finish line party and announced in the post-event newsletter and on the website.
