Umpqua River Trail 3-Day Tour
June 9 - 11, 2017
In Oregon, a bicycle is legally considered a vehicle, and the same Oregon road laws apply. Please “be seen” and practice safe riding. Vehicle traffic, farm equipment and narrow shoulders exist on many Oregon roads, and you may find that construction projects, traffic or other events may cause road conditions or signage to differ from the map results, ride descriptions and directions. For travel options plus weather and road conditions, visit tripcheck.com, call 511 (in Oregon only), 800.977.6368 or 503.588.2941. Routes listed on this website are for informational purposes and intended as a reference guide only.

Do you dream about technical singletrack with sublime views overlooking a pristine river canyon? Our Umpqua Camping Tour is your ticket. The North Umpqua Trail, which we affectionately call NUT, is a 79-mile long trail that has been designated as one of the International Mountain Bike Association’s (IMBA) “Epic Rides”. For good reason—it includes big climbs, long descents, technical roots and rocks, numerous stream crossings and miles of ultra-fun riding.
Oh, did we mention the hanging gardens of ferns and moss, the migrating Chinook salmon, the waterfalls and hot springs? You’ll get all of this and more on this tour. Every day of this tour is a point-to-point ride, so you see 100% new tread each day.
We’ll shuttle you back to our campsite every night for cold beer, hearty meals and campfire stories. This area is a recreation paradise, with opportunity for rafting, kayaking, fishing and hiking.
