Women Bike: Bike the Lights Night at PIR Winter Wonderland (Portland)
December 8, 2015 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
In Oregon, a bicycle is legally considered a vehicle, and the same Oregon road laws apply. Please “be seen” and practice safe riding. Vehicle traffic, farm equipment and narrow shoulders exist on many Oregon roads, and you may find that construction projects, traffic or other events may cause road conditions or signage to differ from the map results, ride descriptions and directions. For travel options plus weather and road conditions, visit tripcheck.com, call 511 (in Oregon only), 800.977.6368 or 503.588.2941. Routes listed on this website are for informational purposes and intended as a reference guide only.

We’ll meet at Arbor Lodge Coffee at 5pm, head out on the Ride at 5:30.
Bring $6 for entry into the event. After a cruise around the lights (we can take as many laps as you like), we’ll ride back down to North Portland and wrap up with drinks at Seraveza Pub.
This ride is open to all women, female-identifying, trans, and gender-nonconforming people who enjoy biking (or think that they might).
The ride will be an out and back ride, about 3 miles of traveling each way plus riding at the event. This is a no-drop ride. We will be riding on neighborhood greenways and bike lanes.
