Women’s Group Ride (Portland; every Saturday)
November 14, 2015 at 8:30 am
In Oregon, a bicycle is legally considered a vehicle, and the same Oregon road laws apply. Please “be seen” and practice safe riding. Vehicle traffic, farm equipment and narrow shoulders exist on many Oregon roads, and you may find that construction projects, traffic or other events may cause road conditions or signage to differ from the map results, ride descriptions and directions. For travel options plus weather and road conditions, visit tripcheck.com, call 511 (in Oregon only), 800.977.6368 or 503.588.2941. Routes listed on this website are for informational purposes and intended as a reference guide only.

Hey women! Are you new to road biking, or wanting to ease leisurely back into the season? Does getting some rides under your belt in the company of other amazing women like yourself sound good? You’re in luck.
This is a weekly BEGINNING WOMEN’S ROAD RIDE. A no-drop group ride of ~15-25 miles, mostly on the flats. Meets at Bike N Hike Portland, 400 SE Grand at 8:30am. Please bring water and a spare tube for your bike – drop bar road bikes appreciated. Questions? Want to RSVP? Emailmegan@bikenhike.com.
Not a woman? Not a beginner? We’ll be setting up some other rides based on demand and interest level – shoot me an email with what you’d like to see, and we’ll do what we can to get it up and running. Follow us on Facebook, Twitter, or our website for all the latest updates.
