Arrowhead Ranch Cabins
In Oregon, a bicycle is legally considered a vehicle, and the same Oregon road laws apply. Please “be seen” and practice safe riding. Vehicle traffic, farm equipment and narrow shoulders exist on many Oregon roads, and you may find that construction projects, traffic or other events may cause road conditions or signage to differ from the map results, ride descriptions and directions. For travel options plus weather and road conditions, visit tripcheck.com, call 511 (in Oregon only), 800.977.6368 or 503.588.2941. The historic Arrowhead Ranch has two knotty pine cabins available for guests. Built in 1890 as ranch wagon houses, they were extensively remodeled into ranch-hand bunkhouses in 1950 and modern guest cabins in 1995. Each sleeps four people comfortably and has a living room, bedroom and bath, and a full service kitchen. The immaculately clean and well maintained cabins are furnished for relaxed comfort with overstuffed chairs, cotton bed linens, quilts and down comforters. The kitchens are equipped with a full set of pots and pans, dishes, and utensils. A geothermal heat pump system keeps the cabins toasty warm on cool nights and comfortably cool on hot summer days. Photos of the cabins appear on their respective Cabins pages. There is a charcoal barbecue available for your outdoor cooking.
