Vehicle traffic, farm equipment and narrow shoulders exist on many Oregon roads, and you may find that construction projects, traffic or other events may cause road conditions or signage to differ from the map results, ride descriptions and directions. The Deadhorse Lake Campground offers nine tent / trailer sites and seven group camping sites in a high mountain lake setting with grassy and pebble beaches. Accommodations include drinking water – hand pump and a boat launch and separate day use area.

Activities include hiking loop trails connect with Deadhorse Rim and Campbell Lake, fishing for stocked rainbow trout, swimming and boating (electric motors only, 5 mph speed limit).

The campground is full most holidays and weekends and campsites are on a first-come, first-served basis; reservations not taken. Please bring your own firewood or gather nearby for camp use.
