Delintment Lake Campground
In Oregon, a bicycle is legally considered a vehicle, and the same Oregon road laws apply. Please “be seen” and practice safe riding. Vehicle traffic, farm equipment and narrow shoulders exist on many Oregon roads, and you may find that construction projects, traffic or other events may cause road conditions or signage to differ from the map results, ride descriptions and directions. For travel options plus weather and road conditions, visit tripcheck.com, call 511 (in Oregon only), 800.977.6368 or 503.588.2941. A forest of large ponderosa pine and a large blue lake provide a beautiful campground setting. Delintment Lake is stocked with trout, providing good fishing for bank and boat fishermen. The fishing dock is barrier free as are three toilets and five campsites.
Other activities for summer campers include hiking, swimming, boating, wildlife viewing, and enjoying a relaxing trip in a superb setting.
A group/individual picnic area on the lake with tables and grills is located at the far end of the campground. It is available for use on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Facilities include: tables, fire pits, vault toilets, level parking spur or tent site, and a boat ramp.
