In Oregon, a bicycle is legally considered a vehicle, and the same Oregon road laws apply. Please “be seen” and practice safe riding. Vehicle traffic, farm equipment and narrow shoulders exist on many Oregon roads, and you may find that construction projects, traffic or other events may cause road conditions or signage to differ from the map results, ride descriptions and directions. For travel options plus weather and road conditions, visit tripcheck.com, call 511 (in Oregon only), 800.977.6368 or 503.588.2941. For over 30 years, three generations of our family have been stewards to the land and terroir that is Dion Vineyard. We provide premium wine grapes to a wide variety of wineries throughout Oregon. We also produce small quantities of wine for our own label. In our grapes and our wine we strive to achieve a sense of terroir — a sense of the people and the place that are home to these vines. Located in the Northern Willamette Valley, Dion Vineyard is 60 acres of southerly slopes. Our vines, some over 30 years old, are rooted in Laurelwood soils at elevations from 300 to 500 feet. We principally grow Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. We feel that our vineyard is a very special place and we hope that our wines and grapes will convey a sense of it to you.
