Mona campground is situated in a long, narrow strip of mixed conifers along the northwest shore of Blue River reservoir. The lush vegetation provides seclusion between each campsite. Steep slopes of mixed conifers, many with virgin timber, surround the area. This campground has 23 tent, auto and trailer sites.
From Blue River, travel 3 miles east on Hwy 126 to Road 15. Proceed on Road 15 for 3.8 miles to Mona Campground. All parks on Blue River Lake are operated by the U.S. Forest Service, McKenzie River Ranger District Office: 57600 McKenzie Hwy McKenzie Bridge, OR 97413
