In Oregon, a bicycle is legally considered a vehicle, and the same Oregon road laws apply. Please “be seen” and practice safe riding. Vehicle traffic, farm equipment and narrow shoulders exist on many Oregon roads, and you may find that construction projects, traffic or other events may cause road conditions or signage to differ from the map results, ride descriptions and directions. For travel options plus weather and road conditions, visit tripcheck.com, call 511 (in Oregon only), 800.977.6368 or 503.588.2941. Nuthatch Cellars, founded by John Bacon and Jane Smith, is a tiny artisan winery located in the foothills of the Coast Range in Corvallis, Oregon. From our first vintage in 2004, we have been committed to excellence through hands-on production of small lot, full bodied red varietals and blends.
Our total production is less than 400 cases per year; our wines mature in oak barrel for a minimum of 16 months; and we hand label and hand cork each bottle. We believe that wine excellence is achieved through meticulous attention from vineyard through bottling – the art of craft winemaking. We invite you to try one of our red wines.
For opportunites to try our wine please check our News & Events page. Please note that we do not have a tasting room at the winery and that our wines are limited by our small production. We hope to see you at one of our future events!
