Arriving by Plane

Portland International Airport facilitates both bicycle parking and transportation to downtown Portland via the MAX, Portland’s light rail system. The MAX Red Line offers frequent service and designated bike spaces, providing you quick and easy access to the entire TriMet Public Transit System and surrounding areas.

A new bike assembly station is now open at the Portland International Airport with basic tools available for check-out at the Oregon Welcome Center near carousel 5 in baggage claim. The assembly station is located on the lower terminal roadway near the TriMet MAX station.
