The single-track just keeps going and going!

This epic single-track dream-come-true is an all-day affair. The trail is moderately strenuous and consists of nearly 95% single-track! It is amazing to think this is where the mighty Willamette River starts. The trail follows the river, as well as the historic Oregon Central Military Wagon Road in spots. The ride just keeps going and going… mile after mile of single-track. This ride has many starting points. Approximately 25 miles one-way; to get a 40+ mile ride, start at the very top of the trail and add in Indigo and June Lake trails.

I highly advise against going to the top until at least mid-August, because the bugs are really bad up there. From May through July I advise starting at Paddy’s Valley.

Seasons: Summer – Fall
