Trailhead: From downtown Hood River, drive west on Oak St./Cascade Ave. for 1.9 miles to Country Club Rd. on the left just before I-84. Stay on Country Club Rd. for 3 miles until reaching a “T”and then go right, continuing on Country Club Road. Follow C.C. Road-for 1.9 miles as it makes a couple of 90-degree turns, passes the golf course and stops at a 5-way intersection (Oak Grove). Make a hard right onto Binns Hill Drive and follow this road for 2.6 miles as it climbs steeply. 0.7 miles after the road turns to gravel, turn right onto Riordan Hill Rd. (not signed). Stay left at the first fork and then continue driving uphill on gravel for 1.9 miles until reaching an open saddle. Start here with a steep climb or drive up the dirt road to the right for couple of hundred yards to the top.

Highlights: A popular shuttle run for stronger free-riders with lots of options. A wide variety of stunts including gap jumps, log rides, skinnies, drops, etc.

Note: Depending on which trails you end up on, this can be a very technical ride; trails should not be ridden alone.  Expect motor traffic on some trails.

Seasons: Spring through fall
