Start at the intersection of Union Street NE and Front Street NE in Salem. This is the east end of the Historic Union Street Railroad Bridge. Travel west over the Willamette River to either Wallace Marine Park or Wallace Road NW.

This is a pleasant ride across the Willamette River on the historic bridge. The ride connects two of Salem’s parks, the Riverfront Park and Wallace Marine Park. The bridge, originally constructed in 1913, was converted to a bicycle and pedestrian facility in 2009.
